• All information provided at registration is true, accurate and complete.
• Each person may hold only one account — creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
• You have not previously been banned from tk999 slot.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As part of the account verification process, you may be required to submit a copy of your national ID card, passport or other government-approved document. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete. Providing false information will result in immediate account closure, and any associated balance may be forfeited.

3 Account Management

3.1 Protecting Your Login Details

It is your responsibility to keep your username and password completely confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, notify our support team immediately.

3.2 Keeping Your Information Up to Date

If your contact details, mobile number or other personal information changes, it is your obligation to update them on the platform. tk999 slot will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated or incorrect information.

3.3 Single Account Rule

Only one active account is permitted per person, per household, per device or per IP address. If multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonuses held in them will be considered void.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods and Limits

tk999 slot currently accepts the following deposit methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

4.2 Withdrawal Methods and Processing Time

The same methods are available for withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.

4.3 Source of Funds

Deposited funds must come from your own legitimate sources. Depositing funds from any illegal source, third-party account or suspicious transaction is strictly prohibited. If such a transaction is identified, the account may be suspended and the relevant authorities may be notified where applicable.

4.4 Withdrawal Prerequisites

Any active bonus wagering requirements must be met before making a withdrawal. Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification (KYC) has not been completed.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

tk999 slot offers new members a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus — giving a total balance of ৳2,500 — and the wagering requirement will be ৳1,500 × 15 = ৳22,500.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses may only be used on games designated by tk999 slot.
• Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• Each bonus may be claimed once only — attempting to claim the same offer again will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
• tk999 slot reserves the right to cancel a bonus if suspicious or manipulative betting is detected.

5.3 Other Promotions

Weekly festival bonuses, daily reload bonuses, slot special rewards, birthday gifts and referral rewards each have their own terms. It is required to read the relevant terms before accepting any offer. Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn at any time.
